Purchase Options & Subscription Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Nature

By purchasing any subscription-based product or service from Sunny Farms (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), the customer (“Customer,” “you”) acknowledges and agrees that subscription purchases constitute a recurring service arrangement and are subject to the terms set forth in this Policy.

2. Cancellation Requests

Subscription cancellation requests must be submitted exclusively through the Customer’s account portal or via written notice to the Company.

Cancellations are not processed retroactively and take effect only for future billing cycles, provided the request is received within the timeframe specified by the Company prior to the next scheduled billing date.

Failure to submit a cancellation request within the required notice period will result in the subscription renewing for the next billing cycle.

3. No Refund Policy

All subscription payments are final, non-refundable, and non-creditable.

The Company does not provide refunds, partial refunds, credits, or prorated adjustments under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Unused or missed deliveries

  • Customer dissatisfaction

  • Changes in personal schedule or preferences

  • Delivery issues beyond the Company’s reasonable control

  • Voluntary or involuntary cancellation

4. Automatic Renewal & Billing Authorization

By enrolling in a subscription, the Customer expressly authorizes the Company to automatically charge the selected payment method on a recurring basis according to the selected delivery and billing frequency.

The Customer is solely responsible for maintaining valid and up-to-date payment information. Declined payments may result in delayed or canceled service without liability to the Company.

5. Modifications & Availability

The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without liability, to:

  • Modify subscription offerings, product selections, or quantities

  • Substitute products of equal or greater value due to availability

  • Adjust delivery schedules or suspend deliveries when necessary

Such modifications shall not entitle the Customer to refunds, credits, or termination claims.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company disclaims all liability for damages of any kind arising out of or related to subscription services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

7. Governing Law

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is legally registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By completing a subscription purchase, the Customer confirms acceptance of this Purchase Options & Subscription Cancellation Policy and agrees to be bound by its terms.
