How to Cook:
Thaw in the refrigerator for 12–24 hours, or keep it sealed and submerge in cold water for 1–2 hours. Do not microwave. Remove from the pouch and pat completely dry. Sear over high heat for 60–90 seconds per side until golden brown. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
