We start with carefully selected, farm-raised beef from trusted local partners. The cut is vacuum-sealed with a touch of gras feed butter, sea salt and seasons, then slow-cooked at a precise temperature for hours using sous-vide — the same method trusted in top restaurants. No rush. No shortcuts. Just patience and respect for the product. The result is steakhouse tenderness and bold flavor, ready to finish in minutes at home.
How to Cook:
Bring it to room temperature (Place it in the refrigerator for 12–24 hours. Faster option: Keep it vacuum-sealed and submerge in cool water for 1–2 hours. Do NOT microwave! It will ruin the texture). Remove from pouch and pat dry. Sear over high heat for 60–90 seconds per side until browned. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
