The result is tender, juicy chicken cooked evenly from breast to thigh. Every bite is flavorful and succulent, ready for a quick sear or roasting at home to develop a golden, crisp skin.
How to Cook:
Thaw in the refrigerator for 12–24 hours, or keep sealed and submerge in cool water for 1–2 hours. Do not microwave. Remove from the pouch and pat completely dry. Sear until skin is golden and crisp. Let rest 5–10 minutes before serving.
